This Cancellation Policy outlines how Blueberry’s Grill US, Inc. manages cancellations and modifications related to our waitlist system, online orders, and special events.
1. Waitlist Policy
Blueberry’s Grill uses a waitlist system instead of formal reservations.
Joining the Waitlist
Guests may join our waitlist online via our website or in person at one of our restaurant locations.
Cancellations
If you are unable to arrive at your expected time, please remove your party from the waitlist using the same platform or by contacting the restaurant directly. This allows us to serve other guests in a timely manner.
Arrival Window
We kindly hold your spot for up to 10 minutes after your notified seating time. If you do not check in within this period, your spot may be offered to the next waiting guest.
2. Online Orders and Take-Out
Once an order is confirmed and sent to our kitchen, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you experience an issue (e.g., an incorrect order or delay), please contact the pickup location directly. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
3. Special Events and Prepaid Experiences
Occasionally, Blueberry’s Grill hosts special dining events or experiences that require advance payment.
Cancellation terms for these events are specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
4. Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless required by applicable law.
